The Okpe Association of Southern California was formed in 2005
The first inaugural meeting was held at the residence of Engineer Emmanuel Alloh. There were seven members who attended the meeting and they were:

The Association was registered with the IRS as a non-profit mutual benefit association and assigned an EIN in September 2009.
The Objectives of the Association are to:
1. Provide a forum for indigenes of Okpe Kingdom in diaspora to meet and deliberate on issues concerning Okpe kingdom
2. Facilitate wholistic development of Okpe Kingdom
3. Promote Okpe Unity, history, language, diction and culture
The Okpe Association of Southern California hosted the 2nd OUNA annual convention in September 2009 and raised over $10k for the execution of projects in Okpe Kingdom. Some of the funds that were raised were used for improvement of the structures and equipment in Oreropke Hospital, Orerokpe.
The Association also played host to the 10th annual OUNA convention in May 2018. Over $30,000 was realized at the event. Some of the funds were used for the purchase of textbooks which were donated to various schools in Okpe Kingdom, Nigeria.

Engr. Emmanuel Alloh, P.E.
Engr. Emmanuel Alloh’s Paternal home is Ugbokodo and his Maternal home is Okwabude in Okpe LGA, Delta State, Nigeria. He has been a member of OUNA since when it was formed in 2005.
He is currently the President of Okpe Association of Southern California and has initiated and sponsored several projects to improve living conditions and educational excellence in Okpe Kingdom.
Engr. Emmanuel Alloh is married to Angela and they have with two sons: Eni (Senior Financial Analysist) and Ufuoma(CPA). He is also a registered Civil Engineer in the state of California.
- My name is Duke Alloh, and I currently reside in Signal Hill, California. I am the Secretary of the Southern California branch of OUNA. I hail from Ugbokodo in Okpe Local government area. I teach high school science and deal in cars.
- My name is Vivienne Aghogho Ayomanor. I was born on December 10th and I am the eldest Child of Chief and Chief Mrs. Williams Ayomanor. I am from Sapele in Okpe local Govt. Area and my father is The Duke of Sapele.
- I live in Norwalk California, I am A Nurse Practitioner, and work in an out-patient Family Medicine Clinic. I am a mother with children and grand Children.
Chief Jones Alloh, the Orofamua of Okpe kingdom.
My name is Jones Alloh, and I currently reside in the City of Signal Hill, California. I am the Financial Secretary of the Southern California branch of OUNA. I hail from Ugbokodo in Okpe Local government area. I am a high school SDC Math teacher.
Kes Obar is the Publicity Director of Okpe Association of Southern California. Born and brought up in Warri Nigeria, he attended Government College Ughelli and Graduated from the University of Benin, Nigeria. Kes Obar lives in Palmdale California and works as a Math and Science Teacher in Los Angeles. He is also a Certified Water Treatment and Distribution Operations Specialist in the State of California.
Kes Obar is the son to the Late Urhie and the second Okakuro of Okpe Kingdom, Chief S. D. Obar (J.P). His mother is from Uvwie Kingdom, and he is married with children and grandchildren.
